The program will be announced HERE. On June 1, the first keynote of our Transport Chair Kay W. Axhausen will be given.
Conference venue
The conference will take place at the campus of the Faculty of Arts:
- Mgr. Sencie Institute, Erasmusplein 2, 3000 Leuven
- Erasmushuis, Blije Inkomststraat 21,3000 Leuven
The conference dinner will take place at De Hoorn (Sluisstraat 79, 3000 Leuven)

Call for abstracts
The next BIVEC-GIBET Transport Research Days will take place on Thursday, June 1 and Friday, June 2, 2023, in Leuven, Belgium, organized by KU Leuven. The Transport Research Days offers young and established scholars from the three Benelux-Countries an opportunity to present their research findings to an informed audience of transport researchers. The conference will take in the Mgr. Sencie Institute (MSI1) in the center of Leuven.
Abstract submission
Colleagues from the Benelux-universities and research institutions, who are doing research on any topic related to transport, mobility and logistics, are invited to submit «extended abstracts» by mail to bivec2023@kuleuven.be for selection as conference contributions.
All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by a scientific committee. Your abstract must not exceed
1,500 words (spaces included). It must be typed in Times New Roman size 12 single-
spaced. The template for the abstract and further instructions can be found here. Abstracts must be submitted by January 31th, 2023 at the latest.
